Forshaw Lawyers is a small boutique Family Law practice operating from the South West area of Sydney. At Forshaw Lawyers we understand the difficulties both emotionally and financially of a marriage or relationship breakdown and the motto of our firm is “path to a better outcome”.

We understand that many matters can be settled outside of Court whether this be through Family dispute resolution or negotiation with other solicitors and ultimately reach an agreement through consent orders or parenting plans. We also understand that unfortunately matters will need to be progressed to Court and we regularly appear in the Federal Circuit Court, Family Court of Australia and the Children’s Court at Parramatta and Campbelltown.
