Rene Forshaw is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with over 16 years’ experience in predominantly Family Law, and Care and Protection matters, acting for parents, children, grandparents, carers, and other parties.
Rene regularly appears in the Federal Circuit, Family Court, Children’s Court of NSW – Parramatta and Campbelltown and is appointed to the NSW Legal Aid panel – adults and children, and Care and Protection panel – adults and children.
Rene is an Independent Children’s Lawyer and is committed and passionate about helping clients achieve the best possible result.

Ollie had a sad start in life and was found dumped in the park with his siblings. He was treated for cat flu, desexed, vaccinated in the height of the pandemic and is a proud and happy member of our team.
